FOOD TIP: In my experience, many people eat too much bread and other starches, and mostly of the refined, over-processed kind (white bread, pasta, etc.) containing very little real nutrition (protein, vitamins, minerals, etc.). Instead, try delicious and hearty whole grain and sprouted breads. You'll be suprised and pleased at the taste and texture, and you'll be getting much needed fiber and nutrients.
